Invista Leather with Lycra

How it Works

Using microencapsulation to seal various moisturizing agents inside as many as a million individual capsules per square centimetre, this technology is applied uniformly over the surface of a fabric.

As the fabric moves, the yarns in the fabric move as well, providing a sheering effect that helps to rupture the capsules. As the fabric stretches and recovers, the effect is repeated, over and over, throughout the day.

aloeFor example, the Aloe Vera formulation in our new line of apparel, releases soothing, microscopic amounts of this natural softening agent that is world-renowned for its anti-inflammatory, healing and hydrating properties. Chitosan creates the delivery microcapsule to provide moisture and vitamin E to the skin.

Our 2007 cycling shorts utilize Aloe infusion in the chamois and garment fabric to help moisturize the skin, prevent saddle sores, and eliminate chafing. You WILL feel the difference!
