Domino Receives $1M in Funding From Knight Group

Boulder Based Company Will Expand its Cycling Apparel Offerings and Introduce Breakthrough Exclusively Licensed Fabric Technologies to the Equestrian, Motorcycling, Skateboarding and Inline Skating Markets.

Boulder, CO (May, 2007) – Domino, Inc. today announced it has completed a $1M round of Series A funding from the Knight Group. Domino holds a long-term exclusive and renewable trademark license from INVISTA North America S.à r.l and INVISTA Technologies S.à r.l., encompassing North America and Europe, for use of INVISTA’s Leather with LYCRA® fabric brand in connection with Cycling, Equestrian, Motorcycling, Skateboarding, and Inline Skating apparel categories.  Leather with LYCRA® fabric combines the superior stretch and recovery of LYCRA® fiber with the natural properties and abrasion protection of leather. Domino is the first company to license Leather with LYCRA® fabric for use in connection with sporting apparel.

The investment will be used to expand sales and marketing efforts, broaden product development and offerings, develop additional collegiate cycling sponsorships, and pursue strategic partners.
